Jerry Farzayee is the founder of Dashing Developments LLC and a licensed general contractor focused on custom residential development and long-term family legacy building. He built his own home while acting as his own general contractor before becoming formally licensed, giving him hands-on perspective in planning, budgeting, trade coordination, finishes, and construction quality.

Jerry brings a practical owner-builder mindset to every Dashing Developments project. His approach emphasizes buildable design, strong value, premium presentation, and flexibility for buyers who want either a featured home package or a more customized path. He is committed to creating homes and properties that support both lifestyle and long-term wealth creation for families.

Yousef Farzayee

Project & Construction Manager

Yousef Farzayee serves as Project & Construction Manager for Dashing Developments. He is studying construction and is focused on project management, field coordination, and the day-to-day execution side of the business.

At Dashing Developments, Yousef supports planning, jobsite organization, construction workflow, and the operational systems needed to move projects forward efficiently. His role reflects the company’s long-term family vision: building a multi-generational business with disciplined execution, modern systems, and a strong foundation for future growth.
